ELNET is the global non-profit network turning the strategic partnership between Israel and Europe into action. We bring together policymakers, security officials, civil-defense leaders, experts, civil society and innovators to confront challenges democratic nations can no longer address alone. Through our programs across Central and Eastern Europe, ELNET advances national resilience, emergency preparedness, cybersecurity, democratic security, crisis communication and civilian protection in times of crisis and war. Through high-level delegations, strategic dialogue, professional training and lasting cross-border partnerships, we connect Israeli experience with CEE expertise, building trust, strengthening democratic societies and strengthening the security partnerships needed to protect our shared future.
The Red Poppies Association is an independent charitable organization that has been helping soldiers and veterans in need, their families, and survivors since 2014. We provide services such as rehabilitation, barrier-free home modifications, legal assistance, and food aid. Since 2021, the organization has also extended its support to families of military interpreters evacuated from Afghanistan. Since 2025, we have been implementing the REVECA (Returning Veterans Care) programme, which prepares Czech public administration and the non-profit sector for the arrival and integration of Ukrainian veterans, while at the same time improving the support environment for Czech veterans.
