The Flight Training Center (CLV) Pardubice is a leading military aviation training organization providing comprehensive training solutions for military pilots and aviation personnel. CLV supports the development of aviation capabilities through a complete training system, combining flight operations, simulator-based training and specialized technical preparation.

CLV operates a diverse fleet of fixed-wing and rotary-wing training aircraft. The fixed-wing fleet includes the Aero L-39C Albatros, complemented by the introduction of the new generation L-39NG Skyfox aircraft, as well as Zlin Z-142C AF, Zlin Z-242 and Zlin Z-143 aircraft. The rotary-wing fleet consists of Enstrom En-480 helicopters and Mi-17 medium twin-turbine transport helicopters.

The training system is supported by advanced simulation technologies and dedicated infrastructure, including fixed-wing and rotary-wing simulators. The Tactical Simulation Center (TSC) provides advanced tactical training capabilities through reconfigurable cockpits representing platforms such as JAS-39 Gripen, L-159 ALCA, L-39C Albatros and F-16 Block 50/52. The center also provides training environments for Ground Controlled Interception (GCI) operators and Forward Air Controllers (FAC).

In addition to pilot training, CLV provides specialized technical training for aviation maintenance personnel, including O-Level and I-Level training for Mi-17 and En-480 maintainers.

Through its comprehensive training capabilities, experienced instructors and modern infrastructure, CLV contributes to the development of highly prepared aviation personnel for the Czech Armed Forces and international defense partners.
