CONSENTA s.r.o. was founded in December 1999. By entering into partnerships with leading global manufacturers of non-destructive material testing technologies, we have secured the rights to sell their products on the Czech and Slovak markets. Our strengths lie in our professional approach, staff with many years’ experience in the field, and excellent technical consultancy, including the preparation of technical drawings and 3D models. We also provide warranty and post-warranty servicing for the products we sell. We are able to organise product training, repair and maintenance training, and other courses for our customers. In electromagnetically conductive materials, we compare permeability and/or induction using the tried-and-tested PMFT (Preventive-Multi-Frequency-Test) technology. This technology guarantees reliable and accurate differentiation of parts in terms of parameters such as material substitution, heat treatment, hardness, hardening depth, alloys, etc. We carry out calibration using OK parts. The inspection time is typically 0.2 seconds. At our stand, we will be showcasing eddy current testing equipment from ibg Prüfcomputer, which is used across many industries, including the automotive, aerospace and fastener manufacturing sectors, and is renowned for its reliability and precise evaluation technology. Customers benefit from maximum performance and safety. We are also expanding our presence in the defence sector. We draw on our many years of experience, rigorous methodology and a large number of successful implementations of our solutions in the defence industry and ammunition manufacturing worldwide.
